Joe the Mediator

Mediation

The experiences of a lifetime as a trial lawyer have made Joe an accomplished and effective mediator. His cases have been as varied as that of any lawyer in the country. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants with great success. The persona which made Joe connect successfully with judges and juries works just as well in mediation. Joe does not lack for candor. He can be frank and strident without being insulting. He has the credibility to deliver the message without having to bludgeon the parties. His delivery is made with a touch that takes the sting away. His insight, judgment and in-depth experience make him a great closer.
