Joe the Mediator

Arbitration

Joe has been asked over the years to act as an arbitrator in a variety of different disputes. Joe has seen arbitration become more and more cumbersome, turning it into an expensive court trial rather than what it was designed to be: quicker and cheaper. He has the insight to be an effective arbitrator at the same time giving parties the opportunity to work through the process in a much more efficient manner than is presently the norm.
